How to Change My Password in DirectAdmin
- Access DirectAdmin by typing your domain domainname.tld:2222 and log in using your username and password.

- Click on the “User Profile” icon from the left column.
In the Password Management field, enter your current password and below it the new password.
Click the “eye” icon on the right to make sure the new password is correct.
Click the Copy to Clipboard icon to copy the new password as it will not be displayed again.
Click the CHANGE PASSWORD button to finalize the password change.![]()
If you have forgotten your old password, ask the system administrator to issue a new password.
ATTENTION: When choosing a password, always select strong passwords that do not include words from any type of dictionary, are not variations of the username and/or domain, and include numbers and symbols.
