How to Add an Email Forwarder (Email Forwarding)
By creating an email forwarder, you can automatically forward emails from one of your email accounts to another email address.
For example, you can have multiple email accounts end up in one, or automatically forward all emails from one email account to another colleague’s email.
For example, if we want all emails sent to facebook@example.org and twitter@example.org to end up in one email for social media (e.g., social@example.org), then we create forwarders for facebook@example.org and twitter@example.org.
- Access DirectAdmin by typing your domain domainname.tld:2222 and log in with your username and password.

- Go to Forwarders in the Email Management section and select CREATE E-MAIL FORWARDER.

- In the forwarder name, enter the virtual email, e.g., facebook@example.org.
In the Destination, enter the EXISTING email where the emails will end up, e.g., social@example.org. This way, whatever is sent to facebook@example.org will be automatically forwarded to social@example.org.To register the Forwarder Name and Destination fields, you need to click the +ADD button for each.
Finally, click CREATE to complete the process.![]()
